Files live on multi-cluster RAID 1+0 storage with encryption at rest and continuous integrity checks. Accounts support two-factor authentication, and video links are signed.
How is traffic billed?
Every plan includes a monthly traffic allowance, and you can add extra traffic as packs. The current allowances and pack prices are shown live on the Pricing page.
How long are files kept on the Free plan?
On Free, files that nobody has opened for a set number of days are removed; the exact number is on the Pricing page. Paid plans have no such time limit.
Is there a long-term discount?
No. A plan costs the monthly price multiplied by the number of months you pay for.
Can I use my own domain for delivery?
No. Custom domains are not offered; videos are delivered from UFOLOAD hostnames.
Can I access storage with standard tools?
Yes. WebDAV works at https://ufoload.com/dav/ and FTP or explicit FTPS at ufoload.com on port 21. Use your account email as the login and an API key as the password.
